We are delighted to welcome Mrs. Baros to our team at Arizona Neuropsychology Centers. With over 20 years as a certified school psychologist, Mrs. Baros has a rich history of working alongside children with diverse learning profiles. Her expertise ranges from designing specialized learning programs for children with autism to supporting those with other unique developmental needs. Not only is she recognized as a certified school psychologist, but she also holds a state certification as a special education teacher, specifically in the areas of Cross-Categorical and Emotional Disabilities. In recent years, Mrs. Baros has been channeling her vast experience toward the clinical setting. She’s nearing the completion of her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Northern Arizona University, with an ambition to further specialize in Pediatric Neuropsychology.
At Arizona Neuropsychology Centers, Mrs. Baros will take the lead in overseeing the Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE). This comes as Dr. Mather and Dr. Volrich shift their focus primarily to clinical evaluations. With her extensive background working closely with families and special education coordinators, Mrs. Baros is perfectly positioned to guide families through the IEE process. Parents can trust in Mrs. Baros’s deep understanding of the intricacies of special education laws and her proficiency in assessments. She is dedicated to ensuring that families are well-equipped with the information they need to support their child’s educational journey.
